People who bring their dogs to La Paw Spa to swim with our therapists rely on their expertise and wonderful non-verbal communication in the water. Our therapists have a very healing touch and helps dogs of all sizes, shapes and ages to feel at home in the warm, soothing water.

Enya is a young whippet puppy who fractured a knee-cap. After weeks in a cast she is re-building muscle and making up for lost time/exercise in the pool... and then she pretends to be a hat on Cindy's head.

One year later! Returning to full range of motion, Enya is only one point shy of her Canadian Championship!!! Congratulations Enya!!!

Who says Basenjis don't swim? Not Shane! Shane has a condition which caused 5 of his vertebrae to become compressed and put pressure on his spinal cord. Swim therapy helped him gain the strength and muscle tone he needed to avoid surgery.
