Sequim: How To Get Here
(See maps below.)
Rent a car and drive from SeaTac airport
It’s about a two-and-a-half-hour drive to Sequim. Depending on which route you take, part of that drive is a 35-minute ferry ride. The charge to ride the ferry is approx $11.55 for the vehicle and driver. There are several routes from SeaTac airport to Sequim which include driving south and around and avoiding all ferries. Driving north and taking a ferry out of Seattle to Bremerton and driving up, taking a ferry out of downtown Seattle to Bainbridge and driving up… or driving up to Edmonds and taking the ferry over and driving out to Sequim (probably the fastest route, roughly 80 miles).
More detailed driving instructions are available here.
Reserve a commuter flight with Kenmore Air
Kenmore planes are eight or twelve-seaters. Your destination is Port Angeles. It’s a 25-minute flight over the beautiful Puget Sound and San Juan islands. If you tire of looking down at water during your flight, just look over at the magnificent Olympic National Park! Sequim is a 25-minute drive from the Port Angeles (Fairchild Intl.) airport. There are two rental car businesses in Port Angeles, Budget and Enterprise. If you choose not to rent a car, the taxi fare from the airport in Port Angeles to your hotel in Sequim will be approximately $50.
Take the bus with Olympic bus lines
This bus service has two scheduled pickups at SeaTac Airport each day. They will deliver you to the bus stop in Sequim, or will drive you straight to the Budget Rent a car place in Pt Angeles (about 10 miles from Sequim).

GETTING TO SEQUIM FROM CANADA
Although you can certainly fly into Seattle and use one of the options listed above, Some of my Canadian Students have enjoyed coming to Sequim via Victoria. They have found flights that go into Victoria, which is located on Vancouver Island, and then taken the ferry over to Pt Angeles
The 18-mile crossing time between Victoria and Pt Angeles is 1 1/2 hours. Phone 360-457-4491. The M.V.Coho Ferry operates all year except for 2 weeks in January. The Victoria Express is a passenger only ferry. Crossing time is 1 hour. Phone 1-800-633-1589 or 360-452-8088. Reservations accepted. Dates of operation: mid-May through mid-October.
