The Association of Canine Water Therapy (ACWT) was founded in 1995 by Cindy Horsfall – as an effort to create a neutral body of support for all those who work in this field of canine health care.
Mission Statement:
The Association of Canine Water Therapy is dedicated to advancing the safe practices of canine water therapy through education, establishing industry standards and building a network of support.

Vision Statement: To be an Association that inspires us all to come together as a profession, to build standards for our work and to bring opportunities to further our skills. |
As of January 1st, 2010, with ACWT membership consisting of over 150 members around the world, was handed over to the International Association of Animal Body work and Massage as a move for continued growth and support. See www.iaamb.org
